How to Use Eye Envy Step 1: Gently remove any debris from the eye area. Step 2: Shake bottle of Eye Envy solution well and soak a cotton application pad, then gently wipe around the eye area. Allow to dry. Step 3: Using a small brush, gently work the Eye Envy Powder into the dogs hair in the affected area, working it against the hair growth.
