“It's a good dryer, plenty of power, but unfortunately it doesn't have two heat options, so when you have it on full it's too hot for the dog and me. My husband ordered it and we should have had the next one down, which does have heat control. I'm not sure why you wouldn't have that on this one. I wanted to return, but had disposed of the packaging.”
