“I still haven’t received it since ordering on 13th May, courier turned up with the bottle leaking, said he’d return it as damaged. I have emailed and even spoken to someone from Groomers who said I would receive a replacement the next day. She also said that couriers don’t send things back as damaged anyway so I am still down the cost of a 5 litre bottle of shampoo. Very unimpressed with this Groomers rubbish service.”

Dear Rebecca, Thank you for your review. Please accept our sincere apologies for this. The replacement was dispatched and for whatever reason, didn't reach you. Our courier did not notify us and therefore, this is the first we have heard about the goods not turning up.
