“I was a little sceptical at first, but thought I'd give it a go! I have a spitz puppy with a humungous puppy coat (@ 10 mths!) and he's feeling the heat. It's beginning to 'lift', and since using this slicker I am hugely impressed. It seems a little flimsy, but you don't need to put much pressure on (as with 'usual' slickers) and it does remove the undercoat with the added benefit of being double sided. I also have an adult spitz coat to remove - it works beautifully on him, too! Very pleased with this little piece of kit! (It also deals with wire gundogs' coats nicely!)”
