“First time I received this the box was severely damaged so it had to be returned. Second time received and I opened the box. The stand has no assembly instructions so I am unable to use the dryer.it is not obvious at all! I have contacted CS to ask for instructions. For some reason the Sirocco dryer has Phoenix Zephir written on it!”

“Came with 2 temperature setting but in the description it said it had 3. Had an EU plug on it, not UK. Also some of the components appeared to be dirty and used.”
