“This is my second review. I only gave 3 stars the first time, because although I was happy with the boots, I didn't receive the free socks, and mentioned that I thought this indicated a lack of attention to detail. I did receive a reply by email from Grisport, saying that the socks were not in my basket.I didn't see any option to add them, when I ordered my boots, and did expect Grisport to just send me a pair as a goodwill gesture. I feel that they were implying that it was my own fault, so hard luck!”
“Great fit, really comfortable, waterproof and need no “breaking in”
However the tread on the soles does wear quickly, I get about 800 hours from a pair of boots.
I have been buying these boots for 18 years and in my opinion nothing is better .”
