“Took a chance on this unknown brand to me but glad I did.
Quality full leather boots that were used for a 5 mile hike in the Cheviots without breaking in.
Fully waterproof though I did add extra dubbing.
I'm a size 8 and these fit fine at size 8, nice width in the boot.
Did a bit of rock scrambling and barely any scratches or marks on the toes.
Hopefully these will last me a few years and if so I'll be a Grisport convertee for ever.”
“A 4 was a good fit for my wide feet although I would love to have an extra half size to accommodate thicker socks. The 5 would have been too big. Shame about the free pack supposedly worth £30 According to the prices on the website the items I received were worth less than £20 I queried this but never received any reply which I think is rude. This has made me disinclined to order anything else”
“Bought these for my wife as a Christmas present.I already had the Fuse men’s boots, both styles of boots have proved equally as good.
I wanted her to have some decent walking boots as she has no ankle movement in her right foot as she was born with a club foot & operations have left no ankle movement, she says these boots are waterproof & comfortable & give her the support & protection needs for confident walking.”

“Very nice quality boots .... I was swayed to buy them by comments of ‘straight out the box comfort’ and whilst they’ve not caused me any problems on early walks, they are stiff and require a bit of careful tensioning on the upper laces to avoid discomfort around the top of the ankle. A softer liner around the ankle area would help. That said, they are beautifully built and are sturdy.”
