“I was disappointed in the product which was delivered. Despite the “Cambrelle lining” I found the inside of the shoe harsh and uncomfortable. The greatest surprise however was the sole, which was almost completely inflexible. This made walking in the shoes uncomfortable and meant my foot tended to ‘slip’ on the heel.
I am an admirer of Italian-built shoes – in particular “Lomer” shoes, of which I have had several pairs - and had expected a better experience than this.
However I would commend you on your delivery, which was speedy and efficient.”
