“I had to send the first pair back as the left boot had a problem with the heel which made my foot very sore. It was nearly two weeks before I received a replacement pair, I was so annoyed when opening the box as I had been sent a pair of brown boots and not crazy horse. Sent these back and emailed customer service, two full working days before I finally got a reply which stated they would get the correct colour sent ASAP.
Over a week later I received the replacement, no dispatch email. Not my definition of ASAP! These are scratched as shown in my photo. The left boot is still uncomfortable in the heel area, although not as bad as the original pair. I've never experienced this with any other footwear and have previously purchased 2 pairs of shoes and two pairs of boots from Grisport. All have been comfortable and durable.
I've not sent these back, I'm trying to persist with them. There wasn't a return label included so won't be so easy to return anyway.
Without the scratches these would be the nicest looking walking boots I've ever owned but currently they are the most uncomfortable I've owned. I can only hope they improve.
So unhappy with the whole experience from Grisport. I won't be buying from them again.”
