“Excellent walking boots , very comfy on the feet and your feet feel protected within the boot . One slight concern is the width I went for standard width and find that one foot is slight tight . Would recommend going for a wider fit if buying these boots .”
“Good quality boot and comfortable from Day One. Had ordered a 40 originally (based on previous purchases) but my husband felt they were a tad close-fitting so, erring on the side of caution, I ordered a 41 which are perfect. I don't think sizing has changed - just my husband's preference on the day! Very speedy delivery on both occasions.
Now awaiting a refund on first pair which were returned.”
“The boot is well made and constructed. Unfortunately for my fit they are too narrow and slim. They also could be more generous overall. I own another pair of boots from Grisport which is a wide fit and we’re comfortable from first time on.”
“Very pleased with the Fuse walking boot. I have only used it on 3 or 4 short 2-3 km walks so far so can't vouch for the longevity of use, but they are very comfortable straight from the box. They feel light and cushioned underfoot. They look great with the strippy laces and nice leather. Seems true to size. I bought a unisex boot as the "women's" boots always seem to crush my toes because the toe areas seem to be given a narrower and more pointed shape. These are great as I can wiggle my toes and no crushing, even when wearing wool walking socks. Also nice comfortable width. I think my feet are quite a normal width, but I am glad to find a comfortable boot in which my feet don't feel crushed!! So, yes I am enjoying my new walking boots because they are very comfortable. The only disappointing bit was that a small part of the seam connecting the fabric inner to the leather outer has come unstitched at the front of the ankle cuff. I am hoping this will not deteriorate any further. I found the boots so comfortable I didn't want to go through the hassle of sending them back, in case replacements were not such a good fit. After years of having difficulty getting comfy shoes and boots, it is such a relief to find a pair that fit!”
