“I bought these as a lightweight summer boot so heavy waterproofing not required. Following first walk straight out of the box they were slightly damp inside after 30mins in long wet grass. However after subsequent treatment with Grisport Protector spray they seemed better. Otherwise comfortable and lightweight.”
“The boots are comfortable from the word go. it has a good profile. The reason I do not give them 5* is because when it has rained on certain tiles the can slip, which I have not had with my Berghaus boots. I was surprised as the Vibram soul is generally considered great.”
“So far, so good. Purchased as a waterproof lightweight boot for use mostly dogwalking on a mixture of pavements, hardcore paths, unsurfaced paths and the occasional field. The waterproof ability hasn't been fully tested yet, but there has been nothing to give me concern. The boots are wonderfully light and supple, and perfectly comfortable to wear even with just sock liners on those warm mornings when you can comfortably wear shorts but there is still dew on the ground. I was concerned that the lack of a hooked eyelet at the top of the lacings would make putting them on a bit difficult but that has not been the case. If they are truly waterproof then they'll be top of the list when they need replacing.”
“Very comfortable, already tested the waterproof qualities and they held up well. just wish I'd ordered a slightly taller pair for more ankle support but that was my decision and not a disparagement of the boots.”
