“These are my new favourite boot, very comfy with good grip of the sole. The sole gives good feel and confidence when negotiating more challenging surfaces.
The upper feels really supple and flexes perfectly. Far thinner and feeling more like part of your ankle/foot that the more "padded" type of boot. They clean far easier than other types due to the upper main material.
I have done a hundred miles or so in these, never felt cold (although temps have not been low), nor any form of discomfort.
The lace clamps are really good at keeping the foot part from ever loosening, however they can sometimes be slow to release with cold fingers!”
