“I have absolutely no problem with my new walking shoes apart from the Grisport logo being scuffed when I took them out of the box. I needed them in a hurry so ordered them on the bank holiday Thursdays, opting for the royal mail 24/48 hour at £4.99, as it stated DPD only delivered on working days. Received an email stating DPD, then another stating deliver 5 days later, not receiving the service I paid for. When I asked for a refund on what should have been free postage, this was refused. A further email to the distributor was ignored, hence the 3-star, rating. Customer service could be better!”
