“I wanted more room across the ball of my foot and toes and these were wider there but they were also very wide in the heel which meant that they didn't hold my foot in the boot. This was also because the design didn't take the profile of a heel into consideration. This is a problem in both the Grisport boots I have tried. Both pairs were also heavy and stiff in the sole and very expensive for poorly designed boots. In my experience Scarpa boots are by far the best for a similar price and gloriously comfortable.”
“It was by far the worst shoes company we have ever encountered. We still haven't received the shoes. It is now two weeks.
Grisport doesn't want to follow up or investigate the delivery issue.
Hope this company loses their business license one day. Irresponsible and unreliable.”
“Not as wide as expected. I'm only an E fitting and it was too narrow for me, despite customer services saying it was one of the wider boots. Otherwise looked OK. Returned it.”

However the colour of the boots did not match the photo in the brochure.
This is the second order that resulted in a colour discrepancy. Grisport boots and walking shoes always fit comfortably hence why I kept them but if asked if I'd recommend the product I'd point out that colour may differ from brochure discription.”
