“I would like to rate the shoes but I do not have them. A courier brought a torn and dirty package to the door and demanded $37.00 Cdn in customs duties before surrendering the package. However, I had paid for the shoes and delivery (at that time) was free. When calling Grisport I receive polite comments and the promise of a return call. To date, no call back, no shoes, and no refund. I have purchased many Grisport products in the past and always had a positive experience. This attempted purchase was a major disappointment.”
“I loved the look of the shoes but there was a fault. I sent them back over a week ago and am awaiting a replacement. When I called I was told that new purchases took priority (pointed out mine was a new purchase gone wrong!). I was told Grisport only have a small team and my replacement could take up to 4 weeks. I'm a bit disappointed.”
