“Great designed boot waterproof and breathable, bought because I wanted a wide fitting. Thought I needed a size 44 but had to exchange for a 45. Comfortable from start of wearing. Could not comment on how the boot was wearing because review reminder kept being sent from Grisport every three days, I would have sent a review after a few weeks, a pain in the ar!!!!.Great company to deal with very customer friendly, on the phone, dealt with my enquiries with excellence.”
“When I finally managed to order the delivery was very good arriving the next day. But there were issues several with the website that would not allow me to even place the order. I was unable to be redirected on toT&Cs hence unable to tick acceptance. After a phone call, I was directed to elsewhere to find this rather than the direct route. I also had a blank page "confirming sale". I have advised Grisport of these issues and they have taken up with their web-team
The quality of the boots looked good BUT, even the extra wide ones, had to be returned as were too narrow. Currently awaiting the refund.”
