“Boots were received promptly and were of excellent quality but unfortunately did not fit so had to be returned. The return process was simple and the money was back in my account within days. It makes a pleasant change to deal with a company that has such professional systems in place. “I was looking for a waterproof hiking boot and did quite a bit of research. which? Reported them as a top boot from a customer perspective. I tried on different boots with a bigger price tag and they were ok.
But this a wideer boot and was good for me with a wider foot. I didn't have to go up a size for a comfy fit like others on the market.

“Three years ago I bought a pair of Grisport Aztecs frustrated after buying so many boots that mostly did not last even one winter. Rigorous and frequent application of dubbin has ensured my Aztec boots have lasted as long as they have - my feet and gait are hard on a pair of boots. They have just started to let in water due to cracking on the seam. I reckon probably about 1,300 wearings and well in excess of 4,000 miles - I am a regular walker of dogs among other walking. A replacement pair of Grisport Aztecs is the only sensible option.”
