“The walking shoes are very comfortable to wear ,waterproof and hardwearing. They look smart too. I didn't need a size up as I thought I might. The free socks are very comfortable and the back pack too. Above and beyond as a free gift and service. The man I spoke to at customer service was very helpful too.”
“This is a nice idea but some of the items I’ve received are of no use to me. I would prefer to be given a choice as to what items are available or not have anything at all as it’s a waste of time, money and resources and I hate waste. I have received gaiters, a water bottle, a micro fibre cloth and insoles, none of which I can use or need. Some of the items have been very useful eg. a boot bag, a hat, laces and socks.”
