“Very disappointed that the 'water resistance for one hour' is totally meaningless and that these boots, after less than a month of intermittent wear, let water in immediately simply by walking across wet grass. Customer Services were rude and dismissive and of the opinion that I was expecting too much from the statement 'water resistant for one hour' and were unable to tell me what I should expect from a statement like that. I had an identical pair of boots for approx 10 years which were totally waterproof and I only replaced them after the leather itself split. Very disappointed with these boots and & service.”
