“These boots are not fit for purpose. They squeak loudly on heel strike. Grisport told me it is not a performance issue and for me to put some talcum powder and WD40 on them. I have requested a replacement pair or a refund and am waiting to hear from them.”

Very sorry to see you have not yet received your order. We really cannot say exactly when you will receive your order as the situation is completely out of our hands regrettably. Royal mail received the package on the 5th of December so it has been in their heavily congested system for 3 weeks.
This long delay is directly linked with the Royal mail strikes. There has been 4 days strike around the time your order was placed and dispatched, and a further 4 days after the dispatch date.
The parcel was sent via Royal mail as this is the service which you opted for during your order.
We do hope the parcel reaches you soon.
