“On my 2nd one now and today the same thing happened as the first. It cut out on me lost all power, and even with a full battery it will not turn on. When you plug in the charger it turns on but says 2% charged and won't move from there and won't fire.”
“What a great company, I had to contact customer service for something that was not their fault. Lovely people and could not do enough to rectify the problem and help and sorted before I had even got off the phone. Super recommend especially as the prices are fantastic.
