“Firstly the service from Grey Haze is always first class. This RTA is a cut above the usual stuff coming out of China. Solidly made from quality products. Machining is first rate. Easy to build and wick with zero leaking issues despite this being a bottom airflow. Only con, in my opinion, is the design of the top cap which is very sharp. Be great if they offered a bubble glass for this RTA.”

“I have four Reloads in total. That should tell you something. It’s just that good.
It’s not fussy to build, has greatly precise tolerances, and the flavour... Just wow. It has just the right restriction on the airflow. On my first puff I admit to thinking ‘yeah this is choked’ but when I got that dry flavour, I was sold. I bought another one immediately and later on two more.
Two negatives, that are not really negatives inherently unfixable.
The tank size. It’s just too small. But that can be fixed easily by buying bubble glass reservoirs for them online.
The knurling on the top lid. If I put the cap on too stiff opening it can be a chore. Also I changed the drip tips to higher ones for comfort.
If you don’t buy this RTA for those reasons you miss out on a leak free, super flavor, quality made supertank that is ‘not China’ in many ways, and that has been in constant use since I got it.”
“The o rings for this are extremely poor (for the price its ridiculous). The one that sits at the very top of the chimney just under the top cap was split and hanging off when it arrived.
Only one other of these o rings is supplied with the tank which i had to use. Within two weeks this is now stretched and weeping and useless, causing the tank to leak.
You can not buy replacement o rings within the uk so bear that in mind.. Tank was good for two weeks when the new o ring was installed.
Also the Digbeth store is a let down and has really gone down hill. I phoned them up to ask if they had these in store to be told they did. I travelled 40 minutes out of my way to pick one up, to get there and the wet lettuce behind the till (who i spoke to on the phone) said they don't have any in stock and thought i said revolver........

“Considering this is a celebrity among RTAs I was expecting more: it beautifully built, and it doesn't' leak, the flavor is good but doesn't blow me away as I would have expected, I probably need to perfect the wicking, but other tanks (Advken CP to name one) for a third of the price delivered much more flavor at first wicking attempt. Would I buy it again? No!”
