“The item itself is amazing, however I paid 5 pounds for next day shipping and I didn’t get my package for over a week and a half. After hassling customer services they sent me out a new package which still had delays in shipping. Dpd told me to speak to grey haze about refunds for postage, and grey haze told me to speak to Dpd. Absolutely useless. Had to reorder the package and by the time half of my order was out of stock.”
