“As much as I’m happy with the product and the delivery, one thing needs to be pointed out, after I bought 18350 batteries I went to switch up the mod to 18350 mode and noticed one of the screws was faulty, gray haze customer services replied with generic returns email after I explained I just need a new screw, and aspire said they don’t provide single screws and I should talk to gray haze… not cool at all.”
