“Had a lot of problems with the supply company. Delivery slow and product incorrect. When I complained to you it was just a case of you getting back to the original company, you didn't really help at all. I am still waiting to hear if you are going to collect the product. I am really worried about all this as the wood did not fit back into the boxes. It is too heavy for me to deal with and I have to get someone in every time. I certainly won't buy anything on line like this again.”

“Wrong screws sent first time and second time then told the instructions were wrong so told them to pick it up. 2 weeks had elapsed in the meantime and the boxes were all wet (too big to keep in the house). They refused to pick it up unless the stuff was back in the box. Had to get someone in to help me first with the wrong set of screws, second with the wrong set of screws and thirdly with getting the wood back in the now shrunk boxes. Cost me a bit. What a shame, quite a nice product by the look of it just need to get their act together by sending the correct screws. Don't order if you are not 6 foot with big muscles - you'll never lift any of it.”
