“Telephone response was friendly and was happy placing order.then received text saying shed would be delivered next day before 6pm. It did not arrive . Next day the same. Did not arrive. Arrived on next day. 3 days off. Construction was straight forward until the roof which was difficult. Now it is up it looks good and stayed dry during recent bad weather”

“Setting up definately needs 2 people Installation manual is great and easy to follow. All the aluminum supports have VERY sharp ends which should have been rounded off. Shelving is expensive if bought from Palram as this is a plastic shed. To get the most storage, you will need to buy palstic or galvansied shelving. Great when finished but should have bought the Keter plastic shed as more robust. Maintenance wise, time will tell and will know more after the winter has passed.”

“I was very impressed with the delivery and the installation instructions. The shed is pleasing to the eye, robust and maintenance free. Definitely need two of you to install, it was an added bonus to be supplied extra nuts, bolts and screws. Two constructive comments - if the surface underneath is not absolutely flat, (paving slabs) do not tighten up the bolts at the bottom until you fix the roof - this we found out the hard way. Also was not clear that you needed to clip the inside roof over the protruding slots on the inside of the shed - we originally left it sitting on top of the slots and then realised it was not lining up. Overall very pleased with the product. .”
