“Greenhouse arrived on time erected well until glazing one 24x24 glass short and three of the end panels cut to the wrong size so a trip to the builders merchant to buy the glass at a cost of £15 otherwise very pleased with it A G Louth”

“Sorry not very happy as ordered 8x10 Greenhouse and paid for installation on the 4th April 2016 was started installing 5th May and part completed installation as two panes of glass were missing finally missing glass arrived on 16th May but still await return of installer to fit the glass louvre using the missing glass, informed Halls they said we will contact the installer to return and fit, after 2nd call on 16th may I was informed that Halls would contact the Installer ASAP but still await contact after spending nearly £1500 I consider it is not good enough get a grip Halls will not be recommending”

“Not happy with this purchase. 5items were missing,i rang and gave an alternate delivery adress,which was ignored,and the missing items were delivered to the original adress. Only for my daughter calling and finding the items leaning up against the outside cupboard,we would have had more stress. Cannot give a favourable review.”

“Inflexible on delivery time Instructions for assembly poor, in fact very poor Door mechanism needed re-design to make it work Design of the base could be improved, very flimsy Overall component quality good Ease of assembly , once it was worked out good Finished product good I am pleased I purchased the greenhouse Value for money, good Thank you”

“Bought as present for husband.. He made good job of building it up exactly to instructions, he is proper handy man but unfortunately rain is combing in in some places. Now I know weather been worse than usual but disappointed with that side of things.”

“Happy with the features ,but does appear that there is some fading .With a frost there is a lot of condensation inside .stood up well to high winds but rain did blow in under door, did not find as easy to erect as some but was concerned about breaking plastic.”

“Delivery good. Instructions poor. Incorrect glass in one of boxes and one box broken. Short on fittings. Can't provide info on your aftercare service as about to try that this morning after putting greenhouse up, but of course isn't as yet finished.”
