“Ordered the greenhouse added what I wanted. Fitter phoned me before hand arranged a date. Fitter was was great but roof vent was missing. Was told to ring and it would be delivered and fitted. I rang after 3 weeks and was told very rudely " I had a good deal" because I should of paid for the fitter to put my shelving together and guttering. I explained the fitter had already done it when I took his tea out. I didn't ask him to and didn't need him to. Told I wouldn't get the part i needed because I hadn't been charged correctly. Was made to feel like I was liar and and some kind of con woman. I explained I ticked everything I wanted so everyone knew what the job involved. The man I spoke to was rude.”

“It was a nightmare to erect! The instructions were all pictorial and they were not very clear.given that all the parts were quite complicated shapes it became a question of trial and error . I erected it with my brother who is an engineer ,so it wasn't just us being stupid!”

“i ordered a small leantoo greenhouse for my patio 4x2 it came nice and quick but took me and my partner 3days to assemble instructions were not clear the door on picture was on the right but at the end the picture was on the left very confusing anyway we just had to work it out ourselves when it was finally put up we love it put my tomatoes in it and they come on in quick time wouldnt recomend unless you are expert at putting these together”

“Extremely poor service from delivery/service department in Manchester. Part of the Base frame was missing I am still waiting for it to be delivered from Dubai. If products are being manufactured so far away and only come into the country a few times a year then surely spare parts should be available from the service centre. Now waited nearly 6 weeks absolutely appalling service after paying in full on order.Dont touch with a barge pole.”

“I have never experienced a product so hard to assemble. I am a professional tradesman so this sort of thing usually comes easily. I just feel sorry for anyone who isn't very hand on and decides to fit it themselves. Three sets of instructions came with the greenhouse and non of them looked anything like the actual parts. It became a complete exercise of trial any error to get it to fit. On 8ft by 6ft greenhouse took 3 days to assemble!”
