“Disappointed with delivery, should have been 3 weeks, but arrived in separate deliveries over 6 week period. Last part on back order until June, 3 months after order, which will require part dismantling of gable end. Instructions generally clear and most bits fitted well. One glass panel incorrectly cut, one 3mm too big, again involving some dismantling to fit properly. Generally good design, but rain gutters have no provision to collect water - an oversight in environmental design.”

“It was not obvious that the base goes accross the doorway and you have to step over it to get in and leaving. The instructions were difficult to follow. A small bag of screws was wrongly labelled. On the delivery note is was written that we have a difficult access, but it was not visable to the driver. I had called you 3 times to tell you this. This is normal nothing gets passed on the driver correctly, he was on his own and very helpful.”

“Item not received yet. Communication poor so I had to contact customer service to find out when delivery will be expected. Response was rather rude - stating that delivery for the item I ordered was 8 weeks and that I should know this as it states clearly on the website. The delivery details on the website suggest 21-28 days and I'm still not sure where it states 8 weeks - I can only assume in some small print somewhere. If it turns up in 8 weeks from order thats fine - but better communication and a better response from customer services would be appreciated. I'm afraid I will not order with your company again.”

“having three broken pieces of glass on delivery when phoned the company about replacements was told go and buy them for yourself.”
