“I purchased the greenhouse on behalf of one of my customer's, after not receiving a delivery date I rang on the Thursday and arranged a delivery for the following Monday. I arranged with my customer to be available to take delivery of the greenhouse, the guy I spoke to on Thursday said that he would arrange the delivery as the Transport Manager was on holiday. The following morning I missed two phone calls from the company and when I contacted the company I was told that delivery was missed and delivery wouldn't take place because they couldn't contact me so after a heated discussion with the manager delivery was arranged for the Tuesday, This is despite arranging delivery on the previous day, so had to contact my customer to ensure they were available to take delivery on the Tuesday. Then when we I came to erect the greenhouse the instructions were such poor quality that I had to rely on my engineering skills and previous expriances of erecting greenhouses to complete it.”
