“I recently bought a louvre vent on behalf of our Community Garden at St Oswalds, Pembroke. I should have returned it as soon as I opened the package. Despite sticking the glass in and closing the keeps as much as possible, it is still not fit for purpose for two main reasons. Firstly it needs much thicker glass, and secondly the lack of aluminium head and base rail make it impossible to achieve a "snug" closure. This is a very nasty and cheap, but expensive to buy, imitation of the louvre vents that I have used in the past. If we had not customised it to fit the opening, by removing one panel, it would have been returned as "not fit for purpose"”

“the shed it self is ok putting up is a nightmare it took 3 of us to put it together 6 hrs solid. buy with caution.ps to many screws nut & washers.”

“Delivery date slipped by at least 2weeks. No amount of "encouragement" would change their date. Very poor for delivery, however once shed arrived thinks went well. Instructions are not easy and short video suggests shed is easy to assemble. It's not.”

“Tried to purchase these in the local diy stores but they were all slightly bigger or slightly smaller so ended up buying from where we purchased the original greenhouse from. Perfect fit.”

“Difficult to write this as I love my greenhouse, it arrived promptly, was easy to assemble by me and my son, and of very good quality. Unfortunately there was a piece of glass missing. I rang to report this and was told that the drivers are all highly trained and that they don't make mistakes. The clear implication was that I was 'mistaken'. Well the glass isn't here and I was told they would get a replacement out to me. This was over a month ago and no sign of the glass. I have since cut a piece myself. Not difficult but shouldn't be necessary. In summary I would love rate 'Very Good' but after sales has soured the experience. Incidentally I didn't check the delivery - I couldn't as it was left outside without any communication and without me knowing it was there.”
