Shockingly bad shed! Waited nearly 2 months for delivery, the shed came without instructions and with nails missing and the pieces are cut so badly that none of it fits together nicely! Waiting on a reply to my email asking them to come and get it and refund me because it's that bad!

You’re asking me to write a review on something I haven’t yet received. There’s a 8 to 10 week deliver estimate, I’m now into my second week of waiting. Surely, your own system would recognise this before asking for a review ? !!!

I realise that I dealt with Greenhouse Stores during the pandemic, but I was still disappointed with the service that I received. There was no help in understanding certain parts of the build manual, and we found that the build instructions on the internet were totally different to the paper manual. We returned the louvre window kit, which seems to have disappeared completely and the Greenhouse Stores staff do not seem at all concerned or willing to help. I certainly would not deal with this company ever again - very disappointing.

Delivery was fine and on time. On starting construction pane of glass found to be broken this was replaced by company in timely fashion. Instructions for construction not brilliant. I had problems post construction with the weather changing and high winds. I lost a pane of glass at this time. The lady I spoke to was quite abrupt towards me on the phone. Swiftly stating they did not cover storm damage. I hadn’t even mentioned not paying for the replacement pane. I was actually asking if we had missed anything in the construction process that had caused the pane to jump out of it’s seating. Advised to go round with silicone sealant. This was not in the written instructions and would have been useful to know at the construction stage.

This has been the worst possible experience I have ever had with any supplier. We agreed on 13 November to purchase a greenhouse to be supplied and fitted the week commencing 9 December. The contract was entered into on this basis. After paying the deposit we soon learnt that we were required, by the factory making the product, to send photographic evidence that a large amount of preparation had been undertaken to fit the lean to onto. This work including cutting through the outside wall to mount a lead hood for the greenhouse and wooden battens to attach the greenhouse on to. These requirements were not made clear at any point in the order process however we undertook the work at considerable additional expense and sent the photographs on 3 December. It soon transpired that the factory producing the greenhouse could not or would not be able to supply the greenhouse in the promised time frame and they have made every excuse not to do so despite us being assured by Greenhouse stores that it would go ahead. They have used the excuse that photographs were not supplied "asap" of the site where the greenhouse is to be fitted. "Asap" being a wide enough legal definition to excuse them from fulfilling a contingent condition of the contract. in addition to all of this my mother changed a hospital appointment so that she could be at home to await delivery of the greenhouse on the 11 December as expected. I strongly advise that you do not order through this company or indeed use the ultimate supplier if they are supplying through another agent. I have no doubt that this review will be removed from the website but if it remains please think carefully before proceeding.

The greenhouse is great and has gone together very well but pre-delivery service is poor. I placed the order and paid and it stated 4-6 weeks for delivery which was fine until my wife came home to find the greenhouse boxes in our drive way which had not been checked or signed for. You could have sent an email at least a day or so before just to check that we were even in the country and not just dump it off with no notice

Ordered 18th. Sept. to include fitting. Delivered 11th Oct. Fitter came 21st. Oct. Erection not completed and glass in door broken. Fitter back on 29th. Oct. to fit glass and finish off. Un satisfied with the greenhouse as the doors would not close tightly. Rang up o explain problems and got a quick response asking for details. sent photos of door, one showing I could put my hand into the greenhouse when doors closed. Rang again on 1st. Nov. to explain that we had had rain and the greenhouse was leaking in three places. Both window vents and a roof leak. Sent photos of problem. Recieved a call from technical people saying they had spoken to the fitters about to correct the door problem which should be done in about two weeks?? Also told the leak from the vent was a design problem so they would remove them, replace with glass and order new roof vents. This would take until the New Year ie 2020. Greenhouse still not usable. It seems to me that the greenhouse was unfit for purpose and installation still NOT FINISHED. Must say the people I spoke to in the company were very friendly and responsive at the time.
