“Didn't tell us it was out of stock until I phoned. When ordering was told it would be erected 1 week after delivery and it turned out to be 3 weeks. Delivery van broke our manhole cover which we have had to pay to be repaired.”

“The Birdlip 6x4 is excellent, but being charged twice to cause an overdraft to my Bank account was annoying and costly. I had in fact put this out of mind with the greenhouse now well stocked with young plants and seedlings, so rather sorry to be reminded - but please don't do that to anyone else.”
