“Order and delivery was straightforward. Putting the greenhouse together was a ridiculously complicated job, largely due to the instructions being so poor, and took 2 of us 2 full days. The assembled greenhouse structure feels solid, but the polycarbonate windows are not a good fit for the frame. Although I went to great lengths to ensure the frame is true, as couple of the panes aren’t being held in place on all sides by the ‘rim’ of the frame. My greenhouse has only been up for a couple of weeks, and today’s moderate wind has blown one of the roof panes right out of the greenhouse.”

“Advertised as 10ft × 6ft. It was 10.4in. Should be made clearer in your advertising to add extra 4 inches to base. Although very fiddly to put up it was still far to much money for you to erect. That would have cost more than greenhouse. Maybe dont charge so much to put up then people will perhaps go for that option. I know i would. Otherwise happy with it.”

“The Green house come fine glass all in one piece,,,, getting it put up was a bit hard to work out the instructions, could have done with some proper pictures The main problem is the design, the metal base has unwelded corners so when it rains the inside of the greenhouse floods,,, the sides or ok as there is a edge but the corners are not sealed... just folded steel, 2nd problem water comes into the window, poor overlapping of the frame,, Green power paint nice,,,, window rubber seals to thin, work just.......”

“Delivery was good but it is the most difficult thing to assemble that I have ever come across. Now that it is up it feels flimsy even though it is on a proper base. The doors don't really lock together properly. I am not sure it will survive a strong wind!”

“Item itself excellent. Delivery appalling. Very fast delivery, no notice it was coming. Delivery driver threw it over gate damaging plants on other side of gate. Luckily item was well packed and not damaged. PLUS I was at home, in the garden!”

“It should be made clear before purchasing this green house that a degree is needed in greenhouse construction, the instructions that come with the bits are worse than useless, worse than MFI flat pack, it comes with thousands of bits, only some parts are numbered, the measurements for glass, according to the written in structions are mixed up, showing measurements for toughened glass and polycarbon. It has taken two of us a total of 102.5 hours and we have still to fit all the glass. I am so fed up with this construction I would gladly throw it out, if it hadn't cost so much.”

“as I nearly finished building the greenhouse,i found some of the roof glass was the wrong size.when I phoned your helpline I was told it was the right size and it was a misprint in your instruction booklet,i had to dismantle some of the roof to make things right.why if you knew there was a problem why was I not informed earlier.the woman I spoke with on the phone said your next book was being amended,to late for me.”
