“Normal internet purchase, no hitches BUT Greenhouse Stores are only the midddle men. Vitavia building instructions both inaccurated and inadequate. Also, unhelpful and unfriendly when major parts of green house not delivered. vitavia 'technical' support amounted to 'you built it wrong'. Lovely looking greenhouse but flawed design and promotion photos do not show the any supporting cross struts so are misleading!!!”

“Greenhouse Stores act as a third party for various manufacturers of greenhouses and accessories. The final installation and invoice and payment was direct to the manufacturer. We ordered a Cotswold small greenhouse. After installation one window leaked due to lack of silicone around it and a gutter downspout was not fitted because they said the fence was in the way. I went out the next morning and fitted the downspout myself without any problem and the fence was certainly not in the way. I also fixed the window leak myself after making telephone calls to the manufacturer that were never answered. The phones at the factory due not seem to be manned at all times through the day. Overall experience was just average I am afraid.”

“Greenhouse ok. Instructions very difficult to follow. Glass arrived with 2 panest broken as we had taken several weeks to actually put up greenhousearly we were refused replacementso. Service though was good and all greenhouse stores personal were brilliant.”

“I ordered and received notification of delivery of my greenhouse without issues. However when it arrived, in July, one if the glass panes was broken, the driver assured me this would be replaced soon. Despite numerous calls and promises of call backs, my glass has not yet arrived!”

“This greenhouse looks brilliant. I'm sure it will do exactly what I wanted. Pity the instructions were not better. The paper was very poor and therefore the drawings were difficult to understand. All done in black and white. This makes it very difficult to interperate what sections you are supposed to be dealing with. I understand these were for several different greenhouses but I'm sure it could have been made clearer.”

Hi, Unfortunately, powder coating does add an additional cost to any item and it is marginal with Vitavia products compared to other manufacturers. The price is clearly stated on the website so you know exactly what you are paying before you purchase and we do not have any hidden delivery charges.
