“Your colleague (Chris) was very helpful and delivery was very good. Unfortunately the couriers left a lot to be desired. The first frame was 'mislaid' and then arrived unexpectedly the next day damaged with no name and address on it. The replacement arrived with the packaging in good condition. Unfortunately I was not unable to check if everything was there when the courier arrived and he would not take the damaged frame away unless it was in a box. I will endeavour to put the damaged frame in the box in the new year but I am reluctant to do this until I am able to erect this. When I told another colleague (Elliott) he was very unhelpful. I don't feel I can give a proper review until the greenhouse is erected.”

“The instructions were very confusing to say the least. Some of the fitting seemed badly made ie had to be made to fit. This was put together by 3 people, two of whom are qualified civil engineers who build bridges etc for a living and they were scratching their heads. However, it is up now and seems adequate, a harsh winter in the north of Scotland may think differently..........looking forward to the spring.”

“Really quite concerned with the quality. We are a school, therefore, we could not have glass, the quality of the material sent may not be substantial to sustain a winter. We have had to silicone & screw the panels onto the frame as if not they would have just fallen out. On your recommendation we ordered and paid for a green framed greenhouse but was then told this was out of stock and we would have to wait another month and a half for delivery, as we had organised to employ someone to erect the greenhouse we had to go with a silver framed one which you had in stock.”
