“Not great quality for the price I paid and some of the paynes of glass were broken. You needed the krypton factor to understand the instructions. All in all its ok but I would shop around as I have seen similar greenhouses at half the price.”

“I bought staging with the greenhouse, it is unfortunate that I can't buy an extra piece seperately from the site. The greenhouse 'glass' is very thin plastic that rattles in all but still air.”

“Greenhouse manufacture is good. Instructions are abysmal. Diagrams are not clear which way round, or which way up the parts should be before fixing. (we did most of them wrong at least once) Bolts supplied are poor, 15 sheered in half during fitting. Automatic opening window does not work. Shame because the rest of the greenhouse is good.”

“We paid extra to have this greenhouse erected but water literally pours in every time it rains rendering it virtually unusable. Our complaints and requests for rectification have fallen on deaf ears - not happy at all, and cannot recomend you as a supplier until and unless something is done to address our concerns and put matters right . . .”

“After spending days on this inferior product my installer rang the Support line and finally they admitted that we hadn't been sent the correct parts, glass and metal and so another delivery would have to be made. So that is why we couldn't get what we were sent to fit!! One set of 'instructions' in the packs was for two different greenhouses and differed from the online 'instructions'. We are being sent a more up to date set of instructions with the missing parts. These are not instructions - they are a list of parts and a picture of a greenhouse. Very flimsy when erected - no seals around the glass - aluminium bolts that are either misshapen or snap off when tightened. An absolute disgrace. All for a £1,000. My installers bill will be more than that - when he gets the delivery. I am literally worried to go inside it - it is that flimsy.”

“had trouble getting someone to erect this for me and found a pane of glass broken which you would not replace because I had found it past the acceptable date I don't find the door fits very well, so all in all, only reasonable happy.”
