“Very poor instructions Poor construction materials. Windows fall out Window clips fall out Door falls off Just not a good greenhouse. We had to pop rivet all the panels into place to stop them falling out”

“It would be helpful if staff could phone customers back when promised and also that all parts are delivered together as it is inconvenient and costly to arrange for erection of shed and find a major part missing. I had to pay person who was going to erect shed for a wasted journey.”

“I purchased a Greenhouse and a 7x7 Corner Summer House, the Greenhouse was ok, the supplier very helpful. The Summer House was terrible in every respect, the materials were poor, the manufacture was terrible, nothing fitted, the supplied two roofs, neither of which fitted, I had to modify everything to make it fit together. It's by far the worse thing I have ever purchased online and at first the company refused to supply another roof, which of course I argued about. I most certainly could not recommend the company and certainly not the Summer House. Dreadful in every respect. R. H.”

“Greenhouse delivered installers came to erect it two panes or glass were broken which were replaced 1 week later by Eden so they had to come back again , then another week later they had to come back again as the ends of the guttering had all fallen off even though they had been glued on with silicon they said they are not a good fit plastic to metal anyone know that is not good for adhering so on that score i am not pleased should not have to have to complain about something that is solvable apparently it happens a lot .”

“Very disappointed , pane of glass found to be broken when unpacking , rang and was told to go and buy another pane myself , when I complained I was told a replacement would be sent in 2-3 weeks , 5 weeks later have heard nothing.”

“Purchased a poly greenhouse. Reasonably priced compared to what is available online & in stores (still cost over £200 though!). However, the quality is exceptionally poor....panels don't fit into frame properly; not water-tight; door doesn't slide on rails - it has to be lifted & moved open/closed; instructions were useless & rather cryptic (even for an engineer!); makes a noise shaking in the frame when the wind blows; poly panels are so thin that you cannot rest anything against them without them buckling. A regrettable purchase.”

“The greenhouse itself is great. However, my partner had a telephone conversation and email correspondence about potential delivery issues (there is only a narrow track to my allotment) and was reassured that the delivery vehicle would be a smallish van. The greenhouse was delivered in a huge lorry and the driver showed me his delivery sheet; nothing had been recorded about the narrow approach. We had to carry the various components to the allotment; the driver did help but pointed out that the deal was only kerb-side delivery - this had never been explained to my partner when he discussed delivery with the company. We had some issues constructing the greenhouse and when I rang Greenhouse Stores I was told I would have to speak to the manufacturer. When I pointed out that my contract was with them, not the manufacturer, the man I was speaking to became extremely rude; he rang the manufacturer on my behalf but his manner to me remained rude. I would advise buying through a different company.”
