“was disappointed with how glass was sent nobody said it had to be trimmed before it could be fitted we just could not get it in until I noticed and then measured it found it to be different from side to side and top to bottom where it had been cut and the glass was not straight owing to this we damaged 4 or 5 sheets and had to put a coving over I did ring 4 replacement but got no response. also where the door is, the base should have been cut out and the door made longer as the base is quite high and I kept tripping over it when the door is opened, in other words door should fit inside the base instead of on top of it”

“On arrival, the Greenhouse we had chosen, came with very little information and no advice on the fact that its height - was dependant on putting the base onto a 2 foot brick wall. So we put the BASE, with its feet at each corner, into the ground, thinking this was what was required to give it its anchor. Holes were dug with us having to hire equipment to help us. Channels were dug to lay gravel for the BASE to stand firmly on. When we also looked at all the parts, there was no indication that we were looking at assembled nuts and bolts already, because the itemised list did not indicate this and left us thinking we were very short of parts. So we rang it to enquire why the items were not in our pack. It was then that the above problem we had with height and parts was explained. We are now left with a base that is cemented in the ground. Our only option at this stage is to somehow cut the legs off the base and order up another base, to place on a brick wall! As you can imagine, a lot of work has already been done, digging unecessary holes and trenches to lay the base on, finding we have the diddyest of greenhouses heightwise. It has meant that instead of finishing the erection of our lovely new greenhouse in order to use it for the winter, things have stood still, because of the grief caused by insufficient advise and information on your part.. This was a present from me to my husband, that looks like never being sorted. Your inconsideration has also caused upset!!”

“The instructions included with the greenhouse were absolute rubbish. To many items were not clearly marked with their part numbers. The glass was the worst with no identification on a single pane. At least 4 of the panes were the wrong sizes although I managed to use them. Each box containing glass was marked with its contents but these were very confusing. Why didn't each glass panel have a sticker on it corresponding with the excellent drawing showing where each panel should fit. The black plastic push fit bottom corner fittings can't be fitted as they are required to be pushed under the greenhouse frame. The top corner gutter plastic ends are supposed to be push fit but require 'adjustment' by trimming until they fit. All in all I have been very disappointed with this product although it has turned out to be ok in the end.”

“On many occasions you have not. the whole design aspect that you use needs updating. halls and others have kept the same designs for 75 yrs!!! for instance, you don't need that rubber gasket to place the glass on. double sided tape will do the job, thus reducing o/all costs AND making it far easier to assemble. I'm only 70 with a bit of an MS-type problem but good friends who've helped me to erect my " poor mans conservatory ". Photos , in this digital tech age could be much better. however, you won't show this to anyone important - up the top - so this is probably just a gimmick that you think looks good on your www.”
