“It is rare that I write a review, but after receiving an email prompting me to do so I am. The trough which I bought from Greenhouse Stores is probably the worst thing I have ever bought. It was missing several pieces, was rotting, the guide holes were not properly drilled, the pre-assembled parts keep falling apart and many of the screws which came with it were bent. I have not finished putting it together as I have no confidence it won't collapse once earth is added to it. I bought it because it was cheap, but I really regret doing so as the quality is truly awful.”

“Greenhouze was OK when I built it the instructions not clear for the size I got if I had not done disincentive drawing at school I would not have been building it a simple steps by step instructions is neaded for non experienced people I am happy with it now as I adder electricity to it and heating I had to make one or two little adjustments to seal it completely from losing heat”

“We've been trying to erect our greenhouse since Dec 2016. Nothing fits where it should. we have taken it down twice and started again, but with the same result. We have had friends come and help us , but they too say nothing fits properly and that its a poor design. Needless to say it still stands half erect, with no hope of completing it. It was a complete waste of money. I bought it through Argos as a Christmas present for my husband. such a disappointment and a waste of money.”

“Absolutely shocking. Greenhouse lasted less than a week and slightest wind destroyed it. The metal it was made from was too flimsy. Contacted them and they were very dismissive. Wrote to them and they ignored all correspondence. Eventually got refund through claiming with credit card company who agreed item was mis sold as being suitable for allotments and windy areas. Not a nice company to deal with.”

“The instructions for assembling the greenhouse were extremely poor, far too brief and very unclear. The greenhouse took a very long time to assemble , and even once it was up, it doesn't operate smoothly. For instance, it's very difficult to slide the door shut, it doesn't move smoothly at all. We're left with a product that took a long time to erect and is not very satisfactory now it's done.”
