“If I am rating the company for delivery of the greenhouse, this was good. It arrived within about a week and the packaging was fine. If I am rating the actual greenhouse I would say that I will never buy a flat packed greenhouse again. The instructions were awful, there were loads of bits left when we had finished and it was generally a horrible experience putting it together. The plastic packets with the small bits (screws etc) in didn't have numbers on them although all parts on the instructions did. The pictures in the instructions looked nothing like the parts they referred to. Putting a flat packed greenhouse up yourself is one of the most stressful experiences, do not try it! You could pay for their people to put it together, although the cost of this was more than the actual greenhouse.”
