“Although pleased with GHS selling an inexpensive greenhouse it should be at least good enough for the purpose it is sold for. However it took at least 4 hours of a 14 hour build to decipher the poor instructions. The finished article was so flimsy and the revolutionary panel locking system so poor that it took a further 10 hours to reinforce with a box of nuts and bolts and a whole reel of gorilla tape. Incidentally the service team who arranged delivery on the phone were off hand and poorly mannered. When I asked why I had to take a day off to wait for a non specific delivery time (after waiting weeks for them to process the order) I was informed that they had to "deliver thousands every day" presumably making the company a multinational no one has heard of. Of course well done for the success if true if it is on the back of this kind of product and customer service”

“We ordered an Elite compact 4x6 greenhouse starter kit with toughened glazing on the 7th Nov 2016, it arrived within the time stated on the order. The greenhouse components are very well made, the instructions on the other hand are not that well written if your not used to assembling greenhouses we rang technical support twice, who I must say were very helpful. we eventually got to the glazing part only to find they sent us the glass for a 4x4 greenhouse . we did not start building it till after Christmas but we are still waiting for the missing glass it should arrive today 25/1/17 it is now 12.48 am fingers crossed it will arrive.
