“We have just erected a Halls 6x4 greenhouse and it took me and my wife 6 days to complete. The instructions were vague to say the least, but luckily our local garden centre had one on display so we were able to see how it was put together. We also viewed You Tube and this made it easier. I wouldn't recommend this greenhouse to anyone who hasn't decent DIY skills. We are pleased with the finished result, but it was hard work to complete.”

“Sadly I had to chase up the order for delivery. The assembly instructions could have been clearer but we got there in the end with the help of You Tube.”

“Delivery was on time and packaging was excellent. However, instructions were not easy to follow in some places and had I not had a colleague with an engineering background I would not have been able to complete the construction. As it is, between the two of us we couldn't get the opening window right. The illustration is not clear, and it is hard if not impossible to see which way round the parts go. I looked at the website for enlightenment, but the instructions on the website are pathetic and no help at all.”

“Due to family circumstances I only completed the construction of the greenhouse yesterday and a i find that one of the gutter blanking plates is missing. Also after carefully storing the glass as indicated on the packaging in the vertical position even though it was delivered from being flat on the truck I found that three pains were broken which cost me £9 to replace. I must add that the instructions are not the best to follow.”

“Bought a Halls greenhouse - excellent design, no problems building it, and a very reasonable price. Delivery was a palaver though - one of the reasons we went with Greenhouse Stores was the free delivery, but we paid a high price for that on the day - very inconvenient delivery times (0645!), no flexibility to improve them (the van is only in each area once every three weeks apparently) and unhelpful people organising it. So, delighted with the product and the price - but if you have specific delivery requirements, probably not the supplier for you.”
