“sorted out delivery very quickly after placing order even though I cancelled a holiday that was fine, only to be told two days before delivery that they could not do it and had put it in the hands of a courier. I had to contact the courier company myself to find out when I would receive the shed they were not very helpful.”

“I have just rung in as your internet site was not easy to use, the person that answered my call was very rude, there was noise in the background here, but he could not stop sighing when I asked him to repeat the pricing!!!, lost my business and hung up on him, way to go on customer service!!!”

“I purchased a 6x6 curved Halls aluminium greenhouse. I am overall very pleased with the product. However I did have one missing part (grey plastic Z section that joins glass to Perspex curve) as it was forecast gales the following day, I made my own Z clips to secure. But the biggest problem was that the three pieces of glass plus the louvre did not fit. And the glass below the window vent was to big. After spending a long time swoping the glass for the panes around the louvre, it was apparent no combination would work. So I had to make to up the short coming of the louvre section with 2 extra clear plastic H sections and had to cut 15mm off the Perspex curved pane to make fit around the window vent. I hope the supplier of this product reads this message to help avoid this sort of problem happening again.”

“I was not pleased that the delivery guys did not knock the door; I was at home, and later just found a card stuffed in the letterbox and the delivery on my driveway. To find I was faced with moving the glass box weighing some 130 lbs - I am a month short of my 72 birthday - did not please me. The box of aluminium frame also needed 2 to lift it!! I think that needs some attention. That grumble expressed, it is a lovely product, now assembled, glazed and bolted down on my patio. With the prospect of a hard winter it is going to be filled quickly with over-wintering plants.”

“Absolutely terrible product. Impossible to construct according to the so called instructions. I'm not clueless and have constructed many sheds and summer houses in my job as a landscape gardener but have never known anything so difficult and time consuming! Expect to have to cut pieces to size and some parts to just not fit at all. Wasted many valuable days of my time and still haven't finished this joke of a greenhouse...”
