“Greenhouse not delivered within the 4 weeks promised, then delivered on a different day to that promised and turned up without any beading so couldn't complete the project in time”

“Incorrect glass delivered twice. Impossible to arrange convenient days for fitter as he 'goes fishing on Fridays' resulting in 2 days lost annual leave and one days lost income from self employment. 3 months later and still no completed greenhouse. unhappy at not having a choice re fitter despite paying £345. Alleged compensation from halls for first incorrect glass delivery was staging. The staging is crap and not suitable for the greenhouse (quote from fitter). No compensation for second item of glass missing. Now my husband will have to fit the missing glass when it arrives as neither of us can waste any more time from work. Not to mention the inconvenience of the delivery's being when no-one is at home. seriously unhappy at inconvience, lost time from work, no reasonable compensation and still no completed greenhouse at the end of march.”

“I had phoned the Company prior to delivery to tell them that I wouldn't be home the day it was going to arrive so had got my neighbour on stand by to sign for it and show them where it was to go but despite him waiting all day they decided just to drop the packs off down the side of the house which was not too much of a hassle but they left the pallet of glass in full view of the main road. They then just posted the delivery note through my door saying that next door had failed to answer the door which I know for a fact wasn't the case. I have also discovered since finally managing to find the time unpack and check everything that the pack of 20 plant rings I also ordered are not there so have now got to chase that up.”
