“Issues with getting the kit delivered, person on the phone was a "Job's Worth". Not at all helpful. The actual greenhouse structure is ok, the method of holding the polycarbonate in is ridiculous, we had some wind the next day, and came home to find half the sheets leaning against the fence. The plastic stays used to hold the glass are extremely difficult to fit, and don't stay in place. In our case I have resolved the issue with some sealant and 6mm gutter bolts with plastic washers. The instructions supplied, whilst not the best are adequate although in one or two instances they are misleading. Whilst we haven't had any problems for the last couple of weeks, we always worry when the wind blows, also the folding racks are cheap and useless, used the top of the big one and made a wooden frame for it.”

“This is not the easiest greenhouse to put together. The instructions could certainly be better. Once up, it is fine, but I hope to never have to put something like this together again...”
