The Palram Plant Inn is a rather handy raised cold frame with its own storage compartments underneath. The Plant Inn is built from a strong aluminium frame with crystal clear polycarbonate glazing to let in plenty of light and tough grey polycarbonate panels around the storage compartment. The Plant Inn is ideal for getting children interested in gardening and practical for wheelchair users given its height. “The product itself was very good. The customer service could not be worse. Between Greenhouse Stores and Palram apparently it's too difficult to count to two, so only one was delivered even though the order was placed with over a week's notice. As the job was at a school it needed to be completed in a holiday. The second canopy was delivered over a week later than the first, and I had to return at my cost to finish the job. I rang Greenhouse Stores and Palram many times, no one was interested. Both even tried to blame the courier even though they had no involvement in preparing the order. The school are less than impressed, and both they and I are unlikely to tire of telling people how bad the service was. Poor attitude, no interest in trying to make amends, and didn't even have the courtesy to ring back with an explanation. Still, given the access to social media, my company website, trade and personal contacts I imagine that the reviews I'm giving will help others avoid the same abysmal service offered by Greenhouse Stores and Palram. A very short sighted attitude on their behalf.”
