“My garden has very sandy soil and I have always been plagued by. ant's particularly getting in the gro bags in the greenhouse. Using no ants I have been able to push the ants way back from the vicinity and now am ant free in this area”

“I received the product quickly but since then it's been so dry that (a) it was difficult to find the damp conditions suitable to use it in and (b) I don't yet know if it's worked! Ask me again in 3 months when hopefully we will have had some rain.......”

“I'm not really sure what to say as I don't think I can honestly say that the ants have disappeared from the raised bed of runner beans that I am growing. Possibly there are fewer but I still see some. The same happened when I used the product in the greenhouse. In the end I had to supplement the treatment with ant traps. Also, I found myself having to 'use up' the remaining mixture randomly in areas where I could see ants running but not locate the nest, which was almost certainly wasteful and probably not doing anything useful. I have following instructions as regards soil temperature and watering the patch.”

“I bought this hoping to deal with several colonies of ants in my garden. I think it has helped in some cases. But there is a nest in a large tub which has my bay tree in. I dealt with this as instructed, but the nest is still in the tub. I think it has moved over a bit to the other side, but it is still swarming with ants. I did the treatment during a period of wet weather, and kept the tub watered. So I don’t know what went wrong.”

“Very disappointed. Expensive, compared to other products, short lasting and complicated to administer. Unsuccessful and needed to buy something else. Will not buy again.”

“It’s made clear that this product does not kill the ants but they will seek an alternative territory. I could not identify the nest so it will take a number of attempts to gain control. There are signs of them making a comeback !”
