“I got these because of a black fly and spider mite infestation on my houseplants. I have roughly 40 plants so quite a big job. They were packaged really well, didnt take long to arrive and they were all alive and in mint condition. Unfortunately I left my window open and they flew away so didnt actually do the job I needed them to do, but was the fault of me and not the ladybirds.”

“The (little) ladybirds arrived fine and then disappeared into the bushes, but it was well before the greenfly appeared. i suppose i had ordered them too early, as now that the roses have plenty of greenfly on them the ladybirds are nowhere to be seen!”
