Unfortunately nowhere near 100 larvae, followed all instructions but had potentially one ladybird. Had high hopes but disappointed.

the last couple of years I have had good results but this year ,I think they must all have been dead ,all 500 and no result at all such a shame.

These are great. I have a serious aphid problem this year so will be buying more soon.

Last year was plagued with aphids but the ladybirds (slowly) cleared them up. Topped up with more this year and the few aphids that appeared have completely gone. Highly recommend.

I’m not sure if ants got to them (I laid ant traps) but I didn’t see many pupae and haven’t seen any ladybirds. Unclear if they really worked

I was able to establish a very successful population of ladybirds in a previous garden where two rows of 90 beech trees were decimated each year by greenflies. Admittedly it took multiple introductions of larvae (a couple of times a year over two or three years), but once the population became self sustaining, it worked magically. Initially I used chemicals that killed absolutely everything, made the trees weaker, and actually exacerbated the problem. I highly recommend it, together the axiomatic patience of a gardener, as greenflies still appear after larvae is released but then manically disappear later in the season.
